About Us
Abdul Qamer
As an SRA-regulated Solicitor and Solicitor Advocate, I have pursued a diverse path of academic achievement and professional development that has shaped my career and enables me to provide comprehensive legal services to both individuals and businesses.
My legal journey began with a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from the University of Law, UK. This marked the foundation of my legal career, providing me with a strong understanding of the law and inspiring my commitment to the legal profession.
Building upon this foundation, I successfully completed a Master of Laws (LLM) in Legal Practice at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. This advanced qualification strengthened both my legal knowledge and practical legal skills, preparing me for the demands of modern legal practice.
Recognising the importance of understanding the wider commercial and organisational context in which legal issues arise, I also obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management from a UK university. This multidisciplinary qualification enables me to advise clients on matters involving employment law, human resources, workplace compliance, and organisational management with a broader strategic perspective.
To further enhance my business and management expertise, I completed a BTEC Advanced Professional Diploma in Management Studies (UK). This qualification has equipped me with valuable management and leadership skills, enabling me to better understand the commercial realities faced by businesses and employers.
In addition to my legal qualifications, I am regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), formerly the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), as an Immigration Adviser. Since 2014, I have accumulated extensive experience in UK immigration law, successfully advising and representing clients across a broad spectrum of personal and business immigration matters. My experience allows me to provide practical, empathetic, and effective solutions tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Complementing my legal expertise, I also hold a Diploma in Company Accounts and Payroll. This financial qualification is particularly valuable when advising businesses on sponsor licence compliance, Skilled Worker sponsorship, corporate immigration, and employment-related matters, allowing me to provide commercially informed legal advice.
I have also been awarded the Higher Rights of Audience (Civil), qualifying me as a Solicitor Advocate. This prestigious qualification authorises me to exercise rights of audience in all courts in England and Wales, including the Crown Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. This enables me to represent clients directly throughout the litigation process, providing continuity of representation and advocacy at every level of the court system.
My professional journey reflects a continuous commitment to learning, excellence, and client service. By combining expertise in law, immigration, human resources, management, finance, and advocacy, I am able to provide practical, strategic, and comprehensive legal solutions. I take great pride in delivering legal services with professionalism, integrity, and dedication, ensuring that every client receives clear, effective, and well-rounded advice tailored to their individual or business needs.
