Our Services

Skilled Worker Visa is open to individuals of all nationalities except British and Irish who have an offer of an eligible skilled job in the UK based Company and the company must have A –Rated Sponsorship License from a Home Office.

Sponsorship Licence
You’ll usually need a sponsor licence to employ someone to work for you from outside the UK. This includes citizens of the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland who arrived in the UK after 31 December 2020.

Spouse Visa
Also known as a UK marriage visa, a spouse visa allows married partners of UK citizens to immigrate to the UK because they are married to someone who is ‘settled in the UK’ – i.e. a person who is ordinarily resident in the UK and has no immigration restrictions on how long they can stay in the UK (ILR).

Settlement in the UK
If you have been in the UK for a qualifying period in an immigration category that leads to settlement, you may be eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). With ILR status, you no longer have any conditions on your stay in the UK and you can work, study or engage in business indefinitely. ILR is also a prerequisite to applying for British citizenship.

Child Passport
Anyone traveling internationally to and from the UK must have a passport, regardless if the reason for travel is for business or pleasure. This includes adults and children alike, even if they accompany an adult with a passport. Child passports are used for children that are age 16 years and younger. Unlike adult passports, child passports are only valid for five years at a time. When applying for a passport for a child, leave about 3 weeks to have the proper documentation processed, and for the passport to be sent. Applications for a child passport can be obtained either online, or by visiting the post office in person. A slight discount is available for processing documentation online. Obtaining a child passport is very similar to obtaining a passport for an adult and the proper identification must be provided. This includes a digital photo ID for online passports (or mailed photograph), correct certification documents, as well as parental approval and parental documentation for anyone who has legal guardianship of the child. For questions or assistance in obtaining a child passport, the team at Immigration Services Provider, basked out of Manchester, can help. We understand the ins and outs of immigration and necessary documentation and can streamline the process for obtaining a passport.

Long Residency
In some cases, it is possible to have a visa granted to a person if he or she has been living in the UK for an extended period. A long residency visa is possible if the person has been living legally in the UK for a period of ten years or longer. Once a person has a long residency visa, the person will be able to apply for settlement, also known as indefinite leave to remain. If the person intends to apply for permanent residency in the UK, long residency visas are often the best path to take. Long residency can be granted to a person with ten or more years of lawful, continuous residency. This means that the person has stayed in the UK without leaving to live in another country during the ten-year period. (Leave is granted to certain approved durations.) This visa will be granted in most cases as long as the person has a sufficient understanding of the English language, is compliant with his or her current immigration status, and it is in the public interest to award the visa.

Lost/Damaged Biometric Residence Permits (BRPs)
If your BRP Lost or damage, We can apply for its replacement. You can report your biometric residence permit (BRP) lost or stolen from inside or outside the UK. You can only order a replacement from inside the UK. The Home Office will contact you within one working day of reporting it.

Naturalisation/British Nationality Applications
Naturalisation is the legal process by which a person changes their nationality. For hundreds of years, foreign nationals living in the UK, and sometimes living abroad, have been able to attain British citizenship through naturalisation. The criteria and process have changed over the years but for successful applicants the end result has been the same: that person is granted the same legal rights and status of a natural-born British citizen.

Can an Immigration Advisor Help?
The immigration process can be fairly complicated and confusing for new residents moving to the UK. There are several documents needed and certain criteria must be met in order to obtain a passport or visa to live and work in the UK. Finding a helpful service, such as the Immigration Services Provider, can help navigate the cloudy water to better understand the process. Having a helping advocate walk the person through the necessary documents and forms can help speed up the process and improve the chances of having immigration applications approved. An immigration advisor can help suggest what options for immigration are right for the person’s particular needs. Sometimes, a simple work visa is all that is needed, or perhaps a visa extension. Or, for citizenship and residency an immigration advisor can help obtain the right documentation to obtain a British passport.
While an immigration advisor is able to make suggestions, recommendations, and lead a person down the right course, sometimes immigration lawyers are necessary. If paperwork is denied, or trouble occurs, the person filing for a change in immigration status may find him or herself in a court of law. Being able to make a strong defence, and help argue for immigration status is pivotal. Immigration lawyers can help tackle a variety of litigation issues and are worth their weight in gold when it comes to immigration tribunals.
